Why I built BookExchange

BookExchange started with a frustrated mom and a little boy who absolutely devours books.

I loved seeing him read, but keeping up with his appetite for books became expensive fast.

I found myself constantly buying books, asking friends if they had anything new, and feeling awkward repeatedly asking the same people.

Meanwhile, I knew many homes had books sitting untouched.

That sparked an idea.

What if books could keep moving between readers instead of gathering dust?

That idea became BookExchange.

Because great books deserve more than one reader.
